Term 100 is packaging machine with shrink film for one at a time or group packaging of several pieces in a pack.
The product for packaging is placed into a semi bag of PVC shrink film. Afterwards it is moved to the packaging chamber, where the foil is streching over the packaged product taking its from under the heat impact. Film is cut off from kantal, as the time for heating is control from electronic timer – precision 0.1 sec. The cover is open automatic, as the time during it is closed, also is control from electronic timer – precision 0.1 sec. The temperature of heater is control from electronic controller with Pt 100 – precision 1 C.
Heavy current circuit is built with solid state relays.
